Wendy's

You know, my sweet tea was wrong and they forgot my sauce. But customer service sure goes a long way to make up for things like that. This location has flourished over the years, and now has the most awesome employees. Both employees that I encountered at the window were pleasant, professional, and even made me laugh. It makes a huge difference when you hire people who genuinely care about where job and their customers. I will be back for sure due to this excellent experience.

The food tasted good. I enjoyed the fries. The burger tasted okay but could have been better.

The $5 meal is a great deal.. Hard to beat.. Clean and friendly service

I am a member of a youth organization and had a group of 60 children who requested an unplanned meal after a field trip. Of course, they had eaten before, but as we prepared for another activity, they asked for more. I called this Wendy's location and Mr. John was more than happy to help. Ms. Mahogany was on hand to organize, direct, and help fulfill all tasks required to make this unexpected request a success. I arrived early to pay and said when I'd return.

When I arrived, everything was ready. Ms. Keisha, Aaliyah, and Julianna were asking how they can assist as they were supplying sauce, napkins, cups, etc. Everyone was eager to help and not one time did I feel like I was a burden or asking for too much. Each person gave eagerness and enthusiasm in trying to help me.

I am writing this review simply to say thank you. You all helped me out tremendously and I'm so appreciative. The hard work and diligence you exhibited to day was exemplary and I felt you deserved commendation.
