Zapata Tacos and Tequila Bar

I went to Zapata for taco Tuesday. I was very impressed by the old look of the restaurant and the old historic location. They had great 2.00 tacos ????, and great margaritas. The vibe is semi chill and the bartenders are always nice, and maamazing drinks. Also cool little thing they do. Whenever the train pass by you get get a shorty for I believe it was 2.00 or 3.00. WE got lucky once. The place isn’t that big so be prepared to wait if you go on a busy day, but good news you cam walk around and shop. There is side street parking and a lot to park so dont worry.

Good Mexican food. Stopped in at 6 on a Saturday evening and they were busy. They were out of some of the beers we wanted. Servers were attentive. Food was generally flavorful, it was presented well, it was more than enough for a serving. The value paid was great for the amount of and quality of food. Parking in downtown Norcross is not always available.

Awesome place for Mexican food! One of the best places I’ve eaten in the city. They have traditional Mexican dishes and have a huge selection of alcoholic drinks for whatever you’re feeling. The staff is super friendly

Absolutely delicious. Flank steak was perfection, the mole was too die for, and the El Zapata cocktail was the perfect compliment to the food. Throw in a helpful and friendly waitress and I highly recommend this for a night out.

Stopped in here on a random night for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Really didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere is comfortable - not too loud. Service was very friendly, drinks hit the spot and the food was really good. We had 5 in our group and everyone enjoyed their meal. For those who may not be aware, this isn't cheap Mexican food. You pay a bit more but the quality and service are worth it.

Would I go back? Yes, definitely would go back.
