visited this restaurant about a week after it opened. They are in the space in The Forum that used to be Atlanta Bread Company. The space has a clinical feel to it. I am not sure if all the other locations look the same, but it did not feel welcoming to me.
The young lady that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Met the manager of the store and he was very helpful.
The food was good with some nice options for the salad, but not spectacular. I think the protein portion was a little small. I really liked the the Mexican Goddess dressing. I may go back and buy a bottle.
My only issue was I paid with cash and could not get points to add to the app I had downloaded prior to my visit.
Overall, not a bad place to eat.

This is an amendment to my previous review.
I visited this location after trying to locate it in the app to place a to go order for soup. For some reason was not showing up in the app, but all the other locations showed 9pm, so I drove up to the location. I only saw one person sitting on one of the tables with a stool. It was was around 8:3pm, maybe a little later. I tried the door and it was open, so I walked in. The young man sitting at the table immediately told me they were closed. I explained the door did not have any posted hours and had checked the app and other locations showed closing time of 9pm. While I was speaking with him, another young man came out of the back and told me they were closed. I advised there were no posted hours on the door. I checked again and there was no sticker with the hours. I then asked why the door was open past their hours, he advised it was still open, so that employees could leave after their shift.
I was taken aback, that is an incredibly unsafe practice. I made the observation, the correct process is if the location is closed, the doors should be locked. At the time that some or all employees leave, the door should be locked and opened and re-locked until all employees have exited the establishment. He did agree with me. I told him I was only pointing it out because that was a safety issue. Also, I was going to state I wasn't trying not to be a pain, but a concerned citizen, but he interjected, "a Karen". We parted on a somewhat cordial note, but I don't think I will be back.
Tried chopt for the first time. Would consider going back if they changed their procedures. My server used the same glove to take my order, place food in my bowl with her hands, wipe the counter with what looked like a wet rag, fix her clothes, ring me up, and then move on to the next customer -- all with the same glove. All the servers were doing the same. Talk about potential for contamination. On a positive note, the portion size was large and I liked the dressing.
I had a nice lunch, tasted great and fresh, appreciate the minimal amount of waste/plastic on the environment. Will come back.
On my second visit in the first five days of opening, yes it’s that good, I was accidentally skipped in line and running out of time when a manager walked up noticed what had happened and made my salad personally. The salad was of course wonderful, I never questioned that and the service was amazing. Thank you, thank you for coming to town and thank you for being incredible and for your customer service being stellar, a hard thing to find these days.
