    Great franchise opportunity. Tremendously supportive and the system seems to work. Products are top shelf.

    Went there after shopping at Aldi next door. They hadn't been open long, but none of the staff was particularly interested in assisting us, or providing decent service. Had to ask for sweetener for the unsweetened iced tea I ordered, and then we had to ask for napkins (they didn't offer), and had to ask where they keep the lids to their drinks. I felt like my business really wasn't appreciated, which is a shame, since I love their products. We didn't complain, as it seemed like any complaints would fall on deaf ears. I'll just have to remember that not all JJs are alike. A real shame.
