Marlow's Tavern

So hands down.. I love Marlow's! However, I gave this location 3 stars for the following reasons: The ambiance and location is pretty nice overall. I placed a to-go order and it took longer than expected. When I received my food, the order was wrong but they quickly fixed it. However, my tacos were really cold, like refrigerator cold, and my fries were hot but soggy. I didn't take it back because I was headed to work. It was a HUGE disappointment.

Great space and location. Service was a bit slow but I chalk that up to a busy Friday night and still within the first two months since opening. Servers were very kind and the food was good. It's a good tavern option in the new town center but I wonder how they'll do in the long run once the other similar spots open. Their advantage is that they have an immediate customer base so winning them over before the competition rolls in will be imperative.

Phenomenal! My favorite Marlow’s! The service is outstanding and made even better by the manager, Jonathan! We followed him from the Lavista location and now this is our favorite Marlow’s. He knows us by name and makes sure that we have an amazing dining experience every time. The servers are new, but extremely professional. The ambiance is nice and not too loud. We always enjoy coming to this Marlow’s and will continue to come! Great place to get a delicious meal with excellent service. The manager, Jonathan is the absolute best! Would highly recommend a visit!

Our server was fantastic and so we're the food and drinks. I had the shrimp and grits which were delicious and was plated with great presentation. I am going to see if there is one closer to me or will try and stop in the next time I'm in Atlanta.

Marlow's was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Our server knew both the food menu and beer selections and made great recommendations.
She was right, everything we ordered was delicious.
I was delighted that the fish tacos did not come with lettuce or cheese, but were a proper fish taco. I look forward to trying other menu items in the future.
