Captain D's

First of all the AC was out and then on top of it 2 little old ladies wearing hats took someone else's order and then wanted to complain about it. One said they need to get it together and I said it wasnt there fault cause they (2 old ladies) was at fault. The manager got things taken care of. That man works hard with no help. Yall need to give him help especially on Sunday's at lunch. Also buy a machine that makes ice for the customers so they dont have to ask for ice when they are slammed with customers and really dont have time because they have no help. Also give the manager a raise. Talking about the man there on Sunday's. He deserves it. My husband and I go most Sunday for lunch.

This captain d's was great. It was clean. Food was fresh and hot. They even gave us extra fries and brought it out to our table.

Thank goodness the food was fresh and the drive through lady was nice. It doesn't quite make up for the 35 minute wait in the drive through line, but at least I get fresh food after waiting.

The foods what is expected but the staff are terrible. They show favoritism towards patrons and are outwardly rude. My first visit at Captain D's was the following experience:
I am from the north and moved here to Georgia and had never eaten at a Captain D's before so I was uncertain about what I wanted. I saw an older woman ahead of me order the catfish dinner and I decided I would have the same because her portion looked very desirable. I ordered that meal but when mine came, I was shocked at the small fillet in my container. I asked if I ordered the same as the woman ahead and the cashier assured that I had. I asked why the portion was so different and she answered, "She comes here all the time." So folks that come there all the time verses a new potential regular get superior food. Pieces should be randomly chosen and everyone should get a fair opportunity to get decent portions. This highly influenced my desire to never return to Captain D's. J Buffalo's is a mile down the road and you get EXCELLENT SERVICE and portions that are worth your money. If you like Captain D's, don't visit this location!
