Chicago Pizza and Sports Grille

I’ve passed this place a few times since they’ve been Chicago pizza and wanted to stop by. I finally decided to give them a try last Saturday… like drove from McDonough GA. just to patronize.

The host, lady taking the cover charge, and security were very pleasant. We sat on the outside patio since there wasn’t any other available seating. We got there around 8:30pm. $10 cover charge which wasn’t a big deal.

The waitress that was servicing the outside patio area was my problem. She is definitely in the wrong field and I hope she no longer works there when I return. She came out there at least four times and we gave each other eye contact the last time she came out but she never came over to assist us, take a drink order, bring a menu, or greet us. Smh

Thankfully, management (Seven) came over and asked, “how was everything going”. He took over from there and he was amazing and made the experience 1000 times better. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and provided great service and recommendations. Towards the end of our visit another manager (Al) did a walk through and he didn’t disappoint. The food and drink choice was great.

Overall it was a really good experience, I will return (earlier), and would recommend.

The outdoor ambiance is inviting! Security was extremely pleasant! All the patrons at the bar were welcoming like “Cheers!” But the highlight was my Bartender “Aja,” she greeted me in less than a minute while also working service bar, she made me 2 amazing craft cocktails, recommended all the stars all on menu, engaged with all her guest again while working service bar, making frozen drinks , and remembering what her regulars drink. I live 45 minutes away and I would come back any day!

How have I not heard about this place?!? Atmosphere should be rated 100/10. I was beyond impressed with how absolutely professional and beautiful each and every server, bartender and hostess were! They’ve got about 4954 tvs if you ever want to watch a game. The food and drinks were out of this world. I got a deep dish pizza and it’s one of the best I’ve had. Recommending to all my friends and definitely coming back soon!

So, I had done heard some great things about the new place in town so I decided to take my mother and daughter with me to see what all the fuss was about. Ok so it actually has 2 sides. One side for adults, The Patio and the other, Chicago Pizza was for family. We took the family side. We first asked to go out on the patio but was told that it would be closed for until the following week. We were seated for about 20 minutes before our table was asked if we were ok. NOPE!🤣 But Shannon was so on point after with assisting us so we no longer had any complaints. He made the wait worth the while. He was attentive, told us the goods, not so goods, and the best of the menu. Once we ordered, food was delivered PRONTO! Now of all the plates that you see👀👀 let me tell you, that Fish sandwich was THE BEST! I would recommend it hands down. The chopped steak and the shrimp quesadilla was good but we should have ordered the pizza instead🤣. But the atmosphere was very welcoming, just make sure you ask for Shannon, he was the best host for us😊

Great place for friends and family. There might be a wait to be seated because it’s so busy but it’s worth it. The food is pretty good and the service is also good. The bathrooms are high end and the inside of the place looks amazing. There’s tv’s everywhere also. I came with one other person and we ordered a medium cheese deep dish. It was a big big big pizza like enough to fill 4 people. I would recommend starting off with a small deep dish. We also got the Vienna chicago hot dog with fries. Great hot dog.
