La Tiendita Food Mart

1st time here. Excellent authentic steak tacos and flautas. Will definitely be back.

I love this little restaurant/store. Went in there today for lunch and was amazed at the quality of food that I received. The tacos were excellent, as well as the rice, beans & chips with fresh pico. The prices were fair, about what I'd expect to pay for the same whenever I'm in California and way better than the vast majority of Mexican restaurants anywhere in Atlanta.

DO NOT underestimate this location. It may look small, but it is very much not lacking. All of the Mexican and Salvadoran essentials can be found here, and then some. It's like a Carniceria Garcia or Mi Rancho condensed, with very little lost in translation. I'll have to return sometime.

The husband and I were in the mood for some tamales and Google led us to this place. Unfortunately, it was well after 5pm and the tamales were sold out, but we got tacos instead. AMAZING! The food is authentic and so delicious! We ordered 2 of each (chicken, pork, steak) and sides of rice and beans. The tacos were loaded with so much meat! We are stuffed and still have enough for lunch for two tomorrow. And the red sauce is so good!!!
I cannot wait to go back for those tamales!

Awesome place for authentic tacos. We ordered the Chicken, Steak and Pork tacos. They were fantastic and tasted so good. It's also a little grocery store. We ordered our food after 5:30pm and they ran out of tamales. Best bet to order before the end of day if you want a little bit of everything on the menu. I will go back for more. Excellent place to order out.
