Man, this is a great business model. Let's have our employees interact with the guests as little as possible. First time trying any Which Wich, and i can't say i was impressed, but it was good.
You walk in look at the menu, and then grab a corresponding paper bag and mark what you want on it with a sharpie. This includes marking a drink/chips/toppings/bread type/ everything. Then you take that bag to the counter and they ring you up.
It's kinda pricey we spent $20 on 2 sandwiches 1 bag of chips and 1 drink, but i could have told you that when i read "gourmet sandwiches". They didn't have two of the sandwiches that were on the menu, and nobody said anything until we brought our bags up to the counter. I had to ask "is there anything else you don't have" before the girl gave up the third sammy that was MIA that day. For how slow it was i feel like it came out kinda slow, but not terribly. Food was basic but good and we will try it again.
