Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food prepared like usual which is why I like coming here, the consistency between locations. My only complaint is that when I asked to have the bread that comes with the salad replaced with celery and carrots I was told that's not an option and I could just get the salad without the bread. Seems this location is a little lacking in customer service as I have been to numerous Zaxby's locations nearby and all have been more than happy to accommodate my request. I am aware it's a minor complaint, but I feel this should be an official option at all locations. Overall 4 stars, food is a 5, customer service is a 3.

The food was good, but the wings and strips are small. The prices have gone up and the portions and chicken have gotten smaller. The boneless wings meal looked like 6 little nuggets. I'm not sure it's worth the money. This is not the way Zaxbys used to be.

We eat here all the time but I Just wanted to brag about our experience there with Al, he went above and beyond for us. My son dropped his sandwich and he not only had another one made for us but he also brought it out to us. His energy is great and really appreciated! Thank you AL!
