Had the Irish Pistachio, The Dude, White Russian, and Bananas Foster ice cream. They we're all delicious. Irish Pistachio was my favorite. Reasonably priced too. Servers were super nice. Definitely want to come back.
I've been looking forward to trying Daddy O'Briens since I heard about them on a radio show. I can tell you they did not disappoint! The staff was super nice, the restaurant was clean and we'll decorated. Best of all the ice cream was amazing! I'll definitely tell everyone I know about this place. Thanks for the awesome experience!
After almost 2 years of trying to get to the place, I finally made it! It was so worth the wait. I had a wonderful experience! Very personable staff, beautiful location, great food and amazing ice cream.
They have ADULT ice cream (alcohol infused) and regular ice cream. You can't go wrong with either (award winners for several flavors). All ice cream is made in house. Because of the multitude of flavors, we did ice cream flights of four different flavors a piece. Also, got to sample a few other flavors as well. The caramel flan, rum raisin, butter beer and Kentucky Bourbon with salted caramel were my favorites. The rum raisin reminded me of the rum raisin I tasted in Europe. Apparently, they get that compliment a lot. Very robust, flavorful and creamy.
Looking forward to returning soon.
Servers were nice. Food was fine. Extremely long wait after an order was entered incorrectly. 10% discount was given and appreciated. My concern was an accessibility issue. From ramp at handicapped parking, outside tables and chairs blocked sidewalk and kept us from using wheelchair for our son. He was able to slowly walk inside but seating was an issue for someone with limited mobility. One communal table with traditional chairs was already full. High top tables and bar type seats didn't offer much support and made navigating a challenge. Cozy booths had old church pews with high sides that made sitting difficult. Ice cream was delicious, but they were sold out of several choices by 3:00pm on a Sunday. Popular spot with a very casual atmosphere. Our first visit was disappointing.
