McDonald's

They always get my order right, and are typically pretty fast.

The place is very chic after the remodel. I ordered at the kiosk to avoid the lines and had my custom food in under 4 minutes. Plenty of parking and very nice staff.

Their drive-thru was so backed up we sat in line for a long time. So I got out of line parked went in there was no one inside. And there were employees standing around talking. When I ordered my food they were out of chicken tenders. So I ordered a fish sandwich. I had already left the restaurant because we got our food to go I did not get a half mile down the road when I opened my sandwich to eat it. It was cold like it was room temperature it would not even melt the cheese. And it tastes as if it had not been cooked that it had just been laid out to thaw. We used to have a very good McDonald's. But it seems lately more things are wrong than there are right. I wish they would get good Management in there and people that want to do a job instead of stand around and talk and collect a paycheck. If we're paying for an order it should be correct and the food should be prepared properly. I know how McDonald's runs I myself years ago worked at a McDonald's. Thank goodness I don't have to anymore. But when we worked we did our jobs and we did it properly. Or we didn't have a job. And the model was if you have time to lean you have time to clean. Not stand around and talk while people are served bad food with bad service

I've been disappointed the past few times I've visited, but this visit outdid everything. The ice cream was perfect and everyone was very nice. The food was the freshest I've ever gotten from McDonald's. I haven't been impressed with McDonald's lately, but this has changed my outlook on them. I did have to wait four minutes for food, but everything came out fresh. I'm happy waiting for good food.
