Firehouse Subs

I had a lot of trouble with the app due to technical difficulties with the app all together and after visiting another firehouse and finding out how uninterested they were in trying to help me get my rewards and points we visited the Flowery Branch location a few days later. Chris was beyond awesome in helping us and being kind and understanding about the whole thing! He needs to be cloned about a million times! Such good customer service!!

First time visiting was great! Walked in the door and was greeted with a delicious smell and friendly service. The sandwhiches are delicious as well! The cause and fundraising this restaurant does is great too!

This place is never busy, but the food is good. You order at the counter, and the people are extra nice. There are fountain drinks, also, and you can get a third, a half, or a whole sub. Please like this if it's helpful.

The food is great! You can always count on getting food that looks just like the pictures on their menu which is pretty unusual especially with fast food style restaurants. Most places have pictures that look nothing like what you actually receive. On top of that the ingredients all seem to be fresh which certainly makes a difference. The place is always clean and the employees are always friendly-even the manager which is often not the case. Overall I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs (even though I'm not a fan of the promotional beer cheese)!
