Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very good customer service. Great Lunch menu selection. Food was very tasty and portion size was very generous. Prices were reasonable.

We had to wait 20+ minutes after being seated before a waiter even addressed us. It was as if we had been forgotten by the restaurant staff. We almost considered leaving before we were finally able to flag down a waiter. Thankfully, he was very apologetic and served us extremely quickly to make up for the wait. The food was pretty great (I got the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti) and my blackberry-pineapple tea was frankly delectable. Overall, the food was on par with other Olive Garden locations. But that wait, though... If you eat here, make sure the restaurant doesn't forget about you.

Had a good experience. Food came out quickly and was correct. Waitress was very nice and kept our drinks filled. I think her name was Beverly. Just a side note, I would have someone check the bathrooms a little more often when its really busy. It wasn't horrible, but there was paper on the floor in a few places. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great service, good food, just always cramped... On each visit we have an issue with one of the food items being over or under cooked, but it's still worth going here. Every time we have to wait for customers or servers to move to get to our table, to go to the restroom, and to leave. Everyone is always in each others way. Maybe customer comfort & convenience should come before a few more tables.

This place is fantastic! Went in tonight to pickup a to-go order, which was done at the time they told me it would be ready. The employees up front had a great vibe and personality. The manager up front Sam was over the top awesome. She was a great pick by Olive Garden for her position. She has a great playful and welcoming personality, I had a special request that she was so quick to respond to and was able to solve very quickly. Kudos Olive Garden for finding the right person for the right position at this location. Kudos Sam (I think was her name, sorry if I'm wrong) but you rock! You are awesome! Keep doing you!
