McDonald's

Unprofessional. Especially from the management staff. Placed my order and paid on the app and still had issues. They were finally able to explain to me what happened and who I needed to speak with after a phone call and two trips to the store. I eventually recieved a credit to my app from customer service (they were great) but I will not be using it at this location.

UPDATE: Visited this location again on 7/29/19 with my children and service was MUCH better so I gave them a one extra star. I also noticed another manager on duty who was much more professional and didn't joke around with the other staff members.

This is my home town of Locust Grove GA McDonalds, and while the food and service is usually good, today was an off day... Ice/drink machine was not functioning properly, and service was slower than usual... Still, I will go back... Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff, fun atmosphere... I'm loving it! ????????????

The staff here was amazing...but the owner should be in jail or even better forced to pay a large amount to all of his employees because jail would be too comfortable for him...there is no A.C. at all in that place and the workers are sweating working to death over heat. When I asked how long they have been working under these conditions...every one of them said ever since I began working here! Unbelievable!!
