My husband and I ate here at the McDonough location tonight. We both had the Big Double tray with the fries and sweet tea. The cashier was very pleasant. She had a smile on her face the entire time she was taking our order. Kudos to Jada for providing exceptional customer service! The burgers tasted like we had grilled them at home ourselves. We will definitely be back.

I have to say that my favorite was the Chicken wrap which i dipped in cookout sauce. The chicken fingers inside were very crispy. I have to say that our company ordered it for pick up. It was fast and we fed a bunch of people for little cost. WOW the Cheerwine! Love it! I will try Dine in next.

We were not overwhelmed by the food here. Between my husband, child and myself we tried the burger, hot dog, corn dog, fries, onion rings, hush puppies and cheese bites. Honestly, the best thing of all those was the cheese bites. The double burger was kind of pitiful. The patties were small and thin. One even looked like about half a patty. The taste was okay, but nothing spectacular. The hot dogs were about the same. Okay, but nothing wonderful. I had to take mine back initially because I didn't know the cheese on them was going to be cheese sauce, not shredded cheese. The cheese sauce was nasty to me. They were able to remake them using shredded cheese, which was better, but still just okay. The fries were decent. The hush puppies were good and it was nice that they didn't have onions for those that can't eat onions. The onion rings were kind of plain. The corn dogs were...corn dogs. I like that they have Coke and not Pepsi. The strawberry shake was good. We may try a few other options to see how they are, but do not currently see this being a place we will frequent. Overall very let down by it.

The best thing about Cookout is the Milk Shakes. The burger patties are pretty thin and they are very Charbroiled. They were not over cooked just a little charred. The Fries we're good and the chicken nuggets reminded me to f the grocery store chicken nuggets that you pop in the oven. But if you are in the market for a good Milkshake this is the place.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Food was FAST and so cheap. 4 kids and 2 adults ate for under $30. Next time I will try something special, as the corn dogs and hamburger tasted very much like the ones I buy frozen and cook at home. Don't get me wrong- it was YUMMY, but expected. Fries were delicious! Also, I love that the meal combos (called trays) get TWO sides!
