Fuji Express

This place gets me as close to Benihana's as it can. i love there hibachi shrimp and chicken. And there chicken bowls. Oh and the ginger dressing A one! And the prices are very reasonable!

Love this place. One of my office's favorite places for lunch. Just sad that they aren't open on Monday. Great food!

Great food fast!! It's an owner ran shop and it shows with the quality and service! Very reasonable prices on the sushi rolls. The bowls and dinners are very generous and a super great value!!

This is a small restaurant located in a strip shopping center. It isn't flashy and just happened to catch my attention when we drove past it the other night. I was intrigued so we pulled up the menu. It is Japanese food so there are mostly hibachi options.

The meals were cheap for the food that you got. Steak and shrimp was less than $11. It is not cooked in front of you but I'm sure that makes the cost cheaper than a restaurant with a full hibachi show. I got the steak and shrimp with rice and vegetables. My girlfriend got the chicken and shrimp with double rice. We both felt like there was plenty of food. You refill your own drinks and condiments. They offer soy, teriyaki and Yum yum sauce. After you eat, you take your plate to the trash and clean off your table.

Overall we were very happy to find a place that offers hibachi at a cheaper price. We felt like the portions were good and the food had good flavor. We will definitely be back when the craving for hibachi hits again.

Now this is a nice place to go. You're greeted and they help you with your decision if you're not sure. I should have come here first instead of the other bar/sushi place that's new. Plus they are really fast and reasonable. Yum yum.
