Kazu Chinese & Japanese Restaurant

I've always had a pleasant experience with the customer service, the food. Been a steady customer all most 2 years until this experience tonight.
Tonight, my food was bland, the rice just tasted like rice, there was no pazazz to it. My husband's sweet & sour sauce, was watery! Like half sauce, half water.
The only thing I think we enjoyed was the egg & sweet rolls, after a few bites, the food ended up in the garbage.
Sorry Kazu, you just lost a loyal customer

Food was fine but not exceptional. Staff was friendly and not overly attentive. Atmosphere ws dated but ok. Prices were low which helped. Will return.

Very awesome place! I come very often usually getting a few sushi roles. Food is always delicious! Mama lu sure knows how to cook????????????. There is usually a younger lady that works the front always very sweet, attentive, and helpful.

The food was okay....definitely not sure why it got 5 stars. The texture of the chicken was weird. Definitely not impressed. From the other reviews, I thought this food would have been delicious!
