From the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home. No one is trying to rush you, even when they got busy, and they do, they still take the time to make eye contact, listen , smile, and thank you. The sub I had was just delicious. I loved the bread, and the dressed ingredients , all fresh and bright. Homemade potato salad, my weakness, better than mine. Just can't wait to get back up there again soon. “9-6-19 - While out this way wanted a chocolate chip cookie late night snack, and decided to stop by. I had ponts on my app. So I decided to place a mobile order which was accepted and processed. However when I got to the counter I was told I couldn't use my app and had to place an order. I tried to explain what I did. But the lady started the order anyway, only to stop and ask her manager. The manager saw the mobile order I placed on her screen and let her know that I placed a mobile order, and cancelled the order placed at the register, since I didn't want more cookies. Especially to be charged for them, since I used available points for the others. I soon had my cookies, was thanked, and was on my way. And soon my mobile receipt was sent via email. The cookies were soft, not hot, hot. And could've used some milk to wash them down.”

“I swung in here on a whim to grab a quick snack. The location is pretty small, but it wasn’t crowded when I passed through. I had an expertly crafted 6” spicy Italian. The woman behind the counter was super awesome - very friendly and accommodating. I have been to many Subways, and this was on the top end of experiences. I am glad I chose this exit to detour off the highway.”

Very often a new place needs time to find a good process, if they ever do, or it takes awhile to properly train employees however in this case it was a well oiled machine. Finally upon watching things work while waiting my turn I noticed the staff actually looked like they were happy to be there which may be their biggest key to success.”
