I give three stars because the quality of the food was very good. However, the service was really bad. I ordered online and selected curbside pickup. I have done this several times in the past and always had good results. This time, when I arrived a few minutes before noon, I parked in the designated togo spots. My order was to be ready at noon and according to the instructions, someone would come out ask my name and then bring my order to me. After sitting in the designated spot for over 15 minutes and no one coming out I decided to go in. My order was sitting in the area for pick up and when I asked the young woman behind the counter to check on it, she caught an attitude with me and basically tossed the bag up on the counter and walked away. As I was leaving there was a young woman out next to a car who looked to be taking an order, I let her know that there are several cars in the waiting area and she looked at me and said "i know." As I walked out with my order five people who had been waiting for I don't know how long got out and walked in to get their order. I realize that there are tips given by many people in the to go area, but I always leave one with my on line total. I won't do that again. Tips are earned not given and from now on I will wait to see if the server earns the tip.
It was fabulous. Being on WW our choices were plenty. We both had a version of salmon, a baked potato and a veggie. And to top it off we both had a glass of wine. The food was great. The atmosphere was awesome. It was one of the best meals we've had out for a long time.
O'Charleys is one of my family's tried and true favorite restaurants. Whenever we come here, we know what to expect because we order the same menu items from soup to fish tacos to bourbon glazed salmon to prime rib. All with several rounds of freshly baked bread and strawberry lemonade. ( The latter is our real reason for visiting "Mr. Charley" at least once a week!) The service is consistent too, which we credit their long-serving GM Sandi for refining and maintaining. Ask for Chris, Lydia or Tyler and enjoy your meal!
The greeter was wonderful! The server she was okay. It took a long time to get appetizers but there were delicious. We had the platter it was good. For the entrees we had the seafood platters. Don't get the blackberry mint lemonade. It was extremely bitter. The strawberry lemonade was better. The cheesecake was delicious!!!!????????
