I can definitely tell a huge difference in my running performance when I’m consistently eating Fit Fresh Foodie versus when I’m traveling and not eating as healthy. I don’t keep track of macros, but I know that when I eat these meals I’m getting the nutrition I need to be able to do all the things I love. I do add carbs to some of the meals depending on my mileage for the week, since most of the meals are lower carb. It’s so nice to have the nutrition piece of the puzzle taken care of so I can focus on everything else.
