Cake 'n Shake

The customer service was AMAZING. I mean AMAZING. They closed (and i mean already cashed out the register) but still let us in bc it was my dad’s birthday. They also went out of their way to make us a delicious strawberry cheesecake shake and sang my dad happy birthday! These people truly want your experience to be the best possible and that’s rare to find. Thank you so much!! The shake was amazing!

They are awesome. The shakes are awesome. The owner even realized that I had been in there a few times and asked haven't you been here before. That is not something most owners care or remember and that is awesome. They have been pretty busy but they just opened and are trying their best . It shows . Thanks 😊

Been here twice since they opened, and I love it! You’d think the shakes would be obnoxiously sweet, but they aren’t- the shake itself is just sweet enough, and then the toppings make it even better. Love all the fun little things they put on top like pixie sticks, lollipops, etc. super cute! Met the owners while I was there the second time and they were so nice! Some people complain about the price, but I’m not sure what they expect to pay for such creative artisanal shakes- you can’t expect Dairy Queen prices on something this creative and delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try more.

I’ve had some shakes from here a few times since they opened. They are great and worth the wait. It’s great to have something new like cake- n -shake locally. There is a sign next to the menu notifying you that it can and will be fixed if there happens to be a mistake. I like the dedication to making it right , extra thumbs up for that!

There is much to like about this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly. The concept is unique and delicious. I had the naughty and my husband had the I love you. Mine was delicious. He didn't care for his. He was hoping for a more cake like taste. I appreciate that the straws were wide enough to drink the milkshake. That often doesn't happen at other restaurants. The sprinkles on the outside of the cup were messy. I couldn't read the menu. It had a dark background with dark letters, and it was nighttime when we came. It is expensive, definitely not something we can afford unless it's a treat.
