We always order 50 Chicken Nuggets because they are the BEST in town here. The microphone needs some work but the Cashiers always have on gloves and are extremely KIND! We also do not purchase hamburgers from anywhere but here because that GRILL flavor is UNMATCHED ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Great deals , meat 2 sides && drink for $5.35 , I went inside, apparently at a great time. There was no line , food came out expeditiously! ???????? Didn't charge for the sauce either ! Def will be returning!

Good. Cheap. Also, I love the wholesome values that are presented to the customer. We all know that not everything is awesome but they try their hardest. I will go again! Thanks cook out!

This cookout needs more training. I went today through the drive thru. I asked for an itemized receipt (clearly and loud enough) and the girl working acted as through she didn’t hear me (so no receipt from her). I asked for a receipt because at the speaker I was told $9.15 for the total but when I drove up to the window I was told $10.15. So I parked and went inside to retrieve a receipt. The girl at the counter gave me an itemized list from the bag list I showed her. That receipt shows $10.21. I also ordered a second drink that I received that didn’t show on my receipt. So cashiers need more training. On to the meal, I did receive all of my food items but the burgers were incorrect. No tomatoes on either burger and inconsistent amount of bacon. One of my burgers got a slice of bacon and the other got two. Best part of the bacon.... it costs an extra fee of $1.50... so I paid at least 75 cents per slice for bacon. I am disappointed. The food is good but this situation is ridiculous.

The staff is amazing, kind and helpful! I stopped because they currently have the double burger on sale for .99¢ and the milkshake. Well needless to share everything was made fresh and to my liking. One of the young ladies even split my shake into two cups for me. There is nothing like awesome service and good food. If I ever have a taste for that type of food again I will definitely be back!
