MeAkan Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse

This is the first time my husband and I have been here! This was the best experience watching the chef cook our food in front of us , our steak and salmon was cook to perfection as well as our veg's and rice .the soup and salad was very good .our waiter Neil was very helpful and took care of us ! The chef was awesome ! Very nice and peaceful atmosphere! We will be going back ! Thanks to all the staff . Prices were good also !

Great place for hibachi and sushi. Very friendly staff! They have $1 sushi Sunday-Tuesday and the slices of fish are big and tastes fresh! The steaks were cooked so tender.... delicious! They also give military discount everyday and not just on mondays (except on the $1 sushi).

Loved the atmosphere, the workers, and the food. Our waitress Kim was wonderful and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. I feel they have several more options than other Japanese restaurants so everyone will be able to find something they will enjoy. Also the portion sizes are very generous so definitely worth the price. We tried a little of everything and it was all delicious. The nigiri sushi was outstanding- at other restaurants the fish doesn’t taste as fresh as it did here. Definitely will be back!!

This is arguably the best Sushi place in Warner Robins. Friendly staff, excellent chefs, and a pleasant atmosphere are all things to expect when dining in here. The quality of the food is fantastic! You'd have to drive out to downtown Atlanta to find something close. On top of this, the managers of the restaurant were actively interacting with us, taking plates, and making sure we were okay. Overall this place is a must when craving any Japanese.

Went last night. I really liked it. Great atmosphere I love how they had the place setup. We sat at the hibachi grill and I was impressed by the the food presentation. Our chef Tokyo was amazing and that spicy sauce he made for me was clutch. Nothing against Zens but this may be the better of the two Japanese steakhouses and the great part about it is it's close to my home. This will be my spot from now on. Can't wait for my next visit
