    This place is a GEM! I got the iced marbled mocha and mini banana nut loaf and WOW! Everything tasted so good! The staff is very friendly and welcomed all my questions. They have so many different items for everyone from coffee to protein smoothies to mushroom coffee. They have breakfast and lunch/dinner items. Owners are so nice also! Great addition to Jefferson!

    Bistro to go by Thyme to cater is such a fantastic addition to Jefferson! The service is amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. And of course the food is fresh and top notch. We tried the grab and go Mediterranean lunch and the avocado toast - both were amazing. We are excited to try the hot ready to eat dinner options too! They do have several plant based options for food and coffee options as well. The plant-based chaggacino mushroom coffee was absolutely delicious. This will definitely be a regular stop for us!
