I only got an apple pie. But in the about a minute it took me to order that and receive it, the guy taking my order was very friendly. The lady that handed me the pie also made it a point to speak to me.

So many fast food workers fail to realize how far an even remotely good attitude goes. But these guys do. A very short, but very pleasant experience. Great job, guys!

As noted in the reviews of other stores in this chain, since the quality of the food is always the same, the subjects of this review are service and access. Overall, the service was good. The access, as first timers to this location was 'tricky' depending on where you wanted to go upon leaving

While I cannot attest to the lunchtime hours here, I do want to give my thoughts on the early morning(3-7AMish) time with this location.

To make a long story short, these guys are amazing. The night shifters I have had a lot of nice, pleasant experiences with, laughed with, and overall gotten along with on my morning runs. The food and coffee are normally fine(unless I cause it to taste bad(avoid white cheddar)), no complaints there.

I really want to emphasize the stellar staff, at least at this current time(nearing 4:30AM). They are absolutely phenomenal folks, and the manager guy(if I understand correctly that he is the manager) is really nice. Bravo to this location. There have been issues in the past, but never really with customer communication.
