Bryson’s BBQ

Chicken had no flavor, ribs were burned on outside/had to throw outside away, cornbread was cold, over priced. Friendly people and nice environment.

Come because you're hungry, stay for the people! This was the most amazing restaurant experience we have EVER had, not just because the food was phenomenal, but the people are the most energetic, friendly, enthusiastic, and amazing people we have ever met. The menu is very simple, and not overwhelming like a lot of BBQ places can be, and omg... it is SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!! There was absolutely no gristle in my pulled pork sandwich, the Mac and cheese, while baked, was super creamy and not dry like most baked Mac and cheese dishes are. We were given a sample of the New Years Stew, and let me tell you... it may not sound good, but it was incredible and I will now have a new craving! They also read through their seasoning blend to make sure I could eat it as I am allergic to certain seasonings. Find me another restaurant that will do that. I'll wait. YOU CAN'T! To top everything off, my husband and I both ate for $24, and they didn't skimp on the portions. You can't even get fast food for that anymore. These people are incredible, their food is incredible, and my hubby and I are going to make Bryson's BBQ a regular part of our weekly routine. I can't wait to eat there again, see you next week!!!

Such an amazing place in downtown Maysville! Best BBQ I’ve ever had, the environment was clean, the owners were energetic, super friendly, and definitely had a love for what they do! My wife and I stopped in on a whim and now we’re planning to make it a weekly lunch trip! I absolutely love seeing these small businesses coming to Maysville and thriving! I can’t recommend them enough, if you like BBQ, you MUST give this place a try!
