    I will definitely visit J&E's again, very soon. I enjoyed a late lunch there with my mother, we both enjoyed it very much.

    Country cooking
    Country style
    Country front porch, with city
    sounds and a gentle fountain..
    Benches you could easily
    take a nap on before
    returning to the grind of
    work!!!
    Pepsi products
    Clean bathrooms (men/ women)
    Hot food bar: plate, one time
    trip, consist of 2 meats,
    2 veggies $9.50, a second
    trip is $3.00
    Salad bar, 1 trip $1.50 or used
    as a side on your plate.
    Not sure about prices for
    childrens meals
    Faithful regulars
    Very nice waitress
    Get there right at 11:00 a.m.
    to get freshest food.
    Closes promptly at 2:00

    Stopped there for lunch while on a road trip. I don't know if the guy was the owner, manager, or just the day-guy but he was hoot to talk with - my Dad and I were coming through on motorcycles and he really wanted to know about our trip. Lunch was a good spread buffet of Southern-cookin'... good food and cheap!
