    We had a long wait time, but it was because they made our burgers wrong and had to remake them. They caught their own mistake before serving them to us though and gave me a free strawberry shake for the inconvenience. The food was hot and delicious and the staff were super friendly.

    I waited 15 minutes in the drive through only to get 12 cold wings and even colder fries. For this to be the only Krystals it's disappointing. This isn't my first complaint, however this is my first time voicing it. One Saturday morning I went in NO ONE had on a hair net or uniforms.

    Tried it for first time and it was great! The service was so friendly and they went out of their way to being out our nuggets we almost forgot as we were driving off. Saved us from taking another trip out of our way.
