    Bern's Place is a pretty unassuming place just at first glance. Probably something you wouldn't look twice at when you pass it. When you walk in you're greeted by a young lady there to take your order before you sit down. The dining area inside is very small but cozy and comfortable. It's a shop too, on the other side. I didn't check that out very much but I plan to next time I come here. The food is so very good. This was my first experience with Filipino food so I don't know how much weight my opinion may carry here. But for it to be my first experience, this gave me a great taste for Filipino food. I really enjoyed it and I am already planning to dine here again.

    We ordered the dinner for two which includes a very generous portion of everything on the menu. I just thought I didn't know what I wanted before. This did not help me to eliminate as it was all very delicious. I guess it will depend what I am in the mood for. My husband is not normally fond of lumpia, but thought this was some of the best. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. The building is small, but has a very family friendly appeal and is like eating a wonderful home cooked meal. We definitely plan to return.

    Went here with my mom for lunch, delicious food, we got the sampler with everything. Filled our bellies and had some to take home too. Very nice people, met the cook and her daughter who rung us out, I'd definitely recommend!
