Clayton's Shrimp Shack

Ate lunch here today with our church friends. Needless to say, I love FISH TACO"S. Had the best FISH TACO'S since eating them the first time in Fort Walton at Stewby's 6 years ago. My husband had CATFISH BASKET and cheese grits, said it was the best CATFISH he had EVER HAD. All the items we ate was cooked PERFECT. And the service was great and fast. WE WILL TURN SOON!!!!

Went to Claytons Shrimp Shack next to the mall today for lunch, since I’ve been wanting to try it, and enjoyed everything. I really liked how they seasoned the butter and legs on the outside of the crab, and it wasn’t over bearing or too salty. The steam basket came with potato’s, egg, and corn. My husband had the fried shrimp, and enjoyed it too. I wanted to try the coconut shrimp, and asked him to do the 2 combo basket. They were very good also. The manager was sweet, and told us they make all the sauces from scratch. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and sitting outside today since it was so nice, but they do have a few indoor seating options, outdoor heaters, and fans to keep you comfortable on the patio. We will come back!

The food here is awesome. I will crave the Bang Bang Shrimp too often. Super friendly staff. Good prices. Going back soon to try the Po Boys or the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich, oh and more Bang Bang shrimp.

Tonight was my first time eating here and I can't praise it enough! It was clean inside and out, and the staff was friendly. The food is fantastic. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are huge. This is the best seafood I've had in Valdosta and I've been here for 4 years. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We have been here numerous times. The service is great and the servings are huge. I have never seen such enormous coconut shrimp and there were so many of them. It would easily serve two people. The salads are wonderful.
