Friends Grille and Bar

Good food! I loved that we could watch our food be prepared! The wait staff could certainly have been more attentive.

Food was amazing. I had the Field Peas, Cheesy Grits, Sautéed Carrots, and Squash. The Field Peas were amazing but the Cheesy Grits were beyonddddd amazing. I need a big bowl right now. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The decor was of large oversized pictures and pairings; perfect decor. I sat at the Chefs Bar, the wait for a table was close to 45 minutes but was worth the wait. The bar waitress greets you as yours sitting and asks you if you’d like a beverage. The bread sliver had a smile on her face the entire time she was slicing bread; it made me think that she thought she had the best job in the building, that was great to see. The food smelled amazing and tasted amazing. The bread pudding was warm and the bourbon glaze was two thumbs up. The chefs were young and friendly. I enjoyed talking with the chef directly in front of me. Overall, 5 stars.

Amazing food and service! My daughter tried something we told her she wouldn't like and of course it comes out and she refuses to eat it. The manager comes over and can tell something is wrong, he then offer to make her a completely new meal at no additional charge! Cant thank him enough for that great jester. Our food was so good! I will make this stop every time I come through Valdosta!

Best local atmosphere around. Service e was a little slow but the manager more than made up for it. Waitress Emily was so sweet. Fried chicken is a must try.
