Ila Restaurant

We are blessed to have such a wonderful restaurant nearby. We love that they stay open to 3:00 PM on Sunday. We can have breakfast with our Statesboro family and get back in time for lunch at Ila Restaurant. I love the fried chicken and sweet potatoes. My husband loves the cobbler. Their vegetables are great Southern cooking! If you get there right after Church you may have to stand in line for a while, but the wait is worth it! Breakfast is tasty as well.

An Ila institution ll the way back to when it was the "House of Food". The school lunch ladies may be gone but the service here is always friendly and smiling. The staff really do work hard to put the food out for everyone and get everyone off to work on time. It's a standard southern meat and three but the service and people make it really stand out.

My all time favorite place for country food! Sweet atmosphere and great food! They usually have 3 or 4 meats to choose from and lots of vegetable choices, homemade cobbler and other desserts. If I were ever going to own a restaurant, I would want this one! They are open every day except Saturday

Great Southern food with buffet and menu options for everyone. Unpretentious, clean, friendly and affordable. Welcoming and a great people watching venue! Daily specials and old time favorites. Tip well, these ladies work hard!

Always has good food. Doesn't matter if you call order in or order when you get there. Always greeted with a smile. Never a problem with call in order. Friendly employees.
