    I LOVE this Chic-fil-a! I was on a long trip to SC and stopped in after leaving several other fast food restaurants due to rudeness or long lines. The staff greeted me right away and made me feel right at home. I will stop again if I ever find myself in this area again!

    Employees were very nice & neat & clean in appearance. Service was very fast . The food was delicious & was just made . The dining area & restrooms were clean . We visited on a Saturday about 11:30 AM while traveling from GA to NC. As we left about noon people were pouring in but the staff seemed to keep the lines moving along really well . Our overall dining experience was a 5 star all the way . It was my husband & I . We'll eat there again next trip !

    Every Staff I interacted with was super friendly. The cashier who filled up my coke cup had spilled a little coke over cup and manager noticed that and had the cashier clean the cup before serving to me. Service was a little slower but I think I went here during busy time. Restaurant was kept clean and I will visit again when I am back in Thompson.

    We had the most amazing night at the Daddy Daughter Dinner tonight. The owner was the host and also The Mad Scientist, all of the experiments were so cool(I honestly think I liked them more haha) The staff came to the table to take our orders and delivered the food to our table on fancy dinner plates. The owner came around and personally thanked each table for coming. Chick-fil-a is always good but today it was a great experience.

    Everyone was friendly and it seemed clean but an order of two black coffees took almost 30min from order placed to order received. Apparently they had to clean out the pot and make new coffee about 10 minutes AFTER we ordered. We watched.

    Also, and this is more a critique to whoever designed the layout, but finding a straw or napkins involved going to the ONE location by the back door unless you wanted to wade back to the counter.

    We visit a lot of Chick-fil-A on family road trips. This one definitely wasn’t my favorite.
