The food is good but no one answers the phone when I call to make an order

Thoroughly enjoyed. Food was fresh. Lemonade great. No complaints. I did see a spider web that went from the roof to an actual table. That was weird. Other than that no problem.

This is a great place to satisfy your fried chicken cravings. I have started to visit it more recently than I have in the past. The li e is normally long, but it is worth the wait. I think the line would move faster if they would fix their outside ordering intercom. The customer service is okay. The workers are not very friendly, but they are mostly efficient. They do not wear masks, so if you are bothered by that, you are forewarned. I normally order the same thing when I go. My son does not care for restaurant fried chicken, so he does not eat here unless it is the fries. He loves their steak fries. I love them too. This is the only Big Chic my husband will now eat at, since the performance of the others has dwindled over the past several months to years. I would definitely suggest this restaurant to others.
