Sol Tacos & Tequila

The good: It's a nice location on the square, the service, cheese dip, margarita, prices and the live music (it was not too loud-which was nice!).
The not so good: the fajitas were bland. The chicken fajitas were ok but the steak was tough.

My boyfriend and I dined here last night for the first time. We sat at the bar with Lucio, and we had a blast! As much as we love our Don Julio tequila.. the freshly made guacamole, tacos, and margarita ice cream was absolutely delicious! The company of Lucio and his wife made the entire experience though.. such genuine people who I can honestly say love their customers just as much as they love their business ❤️

We went last week after hearing commercials on the radio. Well worth the drive from Warner Robins. Family owned and run...from the sweet son, who is an awesome waiter, to dad who is a pleasure to chat and get to know. Let's not forget mom!....she is the chef behind the deliciousness. Every item we tried had its own taste... not the same fried, greasy taste you get from a chain and other restaurants we won't mention! Fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned... cannot think of a negative thing to say. My fave...mom's empanadas. One each of the pork, chicken and beef, all fried perfectly and not greasy and heavy. This isn't just a typical mexican menu ...many favorites that aren't served in ANY area restaurants are featured and welcomed! Great specials as well .....The decorating is beautiful. Simple, tasteful and very open...from the light fixtures to the chairs, to the floor to ceiling front glass windows and inviting bar area.
I urge every one to try out and support Sol Tacos & Tequila, and other family owned and operated small businesses in our area. We will be returning soon! Hopefully trying out some of the Tequilas in the Sol Tacos & Tequila name❤️

Yes, definitely a win. Corn tortillas are soft and crispy, cheese is delicious and fresh. Everything is fresh and juicy. Service is great, be sure to ask for extra napkins! I'll be back.
