    I am not vegan, but I absolutely adore Ruby’s! The tea is delicious, and her plant-based menu is wonderful. The grilled cheese tastes like actual cheddar so good you won’t believe it’s plant-based. I usually pair that with a soup or with the Berry Nutty Indeed salad. Everything I’ve tried is wonderful (grab the carrot cake muffins if they have them!), and the service is top-notch. Plus, the atmosphere is so pleasant. There’s even a little table with activities for kids. I honestly adore this place.
