    The cashier forgot to put my order in, and I waited 25 minutes for a bagel. That’s not the complaint. The shop itself was so hot due to the frequent traffic. By the time I left, I was ready to throw up. I apologize to the girl behind the counter because I snatched my bagel and left. I do not know how the employees aren’t dropping like flies without a fan in that tight space.

    Love having the only Einstein Bagels in Columbus right on campus! The staff is so polite and nice and eager to please. However, a campus-based gig means lots of train of new folks, and because of breaks and other closings, not everything is in stock when you ask for it. Just sayin... best visited at the busiest time of the semester.

    It was amazing! It's been years since I've had Einsteins and I tried something new! Bacon, egg, and cheese with honey butter on a French toast bagel! It was sooooo delicious! So hot and fresh and just the right amount of crisp!
