While the playground is adequate, the restrooms are poorly maintained. The staff appears overwhelmed and your food may sit on the counter forever before you realize it’s ready. At which point, you must leave the playground area and walk across the restaurant to pick up, so your kids are alone for a couple of minutes. Food orders are often cold and incorrect. Also, the kiosks may or may not be working, and the food numbers never match the numbers on the ticket.-update:since this review they have upped their game a tad. The staff now brings food out to the customers.

They were all sweet. Even got pur big order correct. Even came to us and let us know one of the burgers we ordered on the touch screen ,they didn't carry anymore and they would substitute it with something else free of charge for either item.(we got a free burger for the inconvenience.

I guess I should not be surprised but don't expect a happy greeting and a warm welcome. It was night shift maybe the friendlier crew works in the morning.
