Papa John's Pizza

Nice to order online, and then be able to track the order as it is prepared, baked, boxed and then out for delivery. Our order arrived around 14 minutes ahead of schedule (nice because we were very hungry) and everything in the bag was as we ordered online. No mistakes. Thanks, Papa John’s.

The worst delivery ever. Order pizza online tracked the pizza and it said it was ready waited over an hour. Called Papa Johns on Moon Rd no one ever answered hung up after 20 minutes of no answer. Called the Papa Johns on Veterans Parkway to get a hold of the one on Moon Rd and they never made my order talk about upset????????. Although who ever answered was very nice even though I was rude, they need to answer the phone this issue could have been resolved quicker. I will give them a 3 because the guy was not rude but best believe if my order is messed up again it will be even worse. Veterans never messed my order up.

So this is apparently the newest location in Columbus. I tried to order online, but the online system sent my order to an older store that no longer delivers to my home. This is of course not the restaurant's fault, but it meant that I had to actually call the store. That may not sound like much, but I HATE talking on the phone (especially ordering food). It gives me completely unreasonable levels of anxiety, but the guy who answered was super nice! I explained the situation to him and he was happy to help and honored the online specials without a hitch. It's not much, but I really appreciated it.
