    I upped them to five stars tonight. They were short-staffed but on top of the order they didn't miss a beat! I'm a GrubHub driver in that matters

    You might go by and see the line wrapped around the building but at the River Rd location, it's worth the wait. Food is hot and fresh. Service was excellent. Just be patient.

    UPDATE 6/10/19: been back several times now, and it's been the best! Look, it's fast food, so sometimes things will go wrong, but have not had any recent problems-- looks like they have their management team all squared away, as each visit has been just right! And their food quality has improved tremendously. Their cooks must really enjoy their jobs and are happy there! Well done guys!

    What can I say? I love popeye's! And while this location has screwed up our take out orders several times, the quality of the food is outstanding for a fast food chain. The staff is always friendly, inviting, and personable. What really caught my attention last visit was how the manager on duty constantly complimented her crew-- down to the guy cleaning the windows and seating area! You just see that in service industry anymore. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!
