A great addition to dining in the area. Everything was served quickly, the team worked together very well, especially when they JUST opened. Salmon was cooked perfectly, smoked brisket sandwich was a pleasant surprise and sweet potatoes fries were crunchy - we'll be back!

Go here ASAP. We had a great experience, great food, great drinks and amazing atmosphere. The southern Belle cocktail is delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Our waitress Daisy was very very good. The rest of the front of house staff worked great and kept out table clear. I cannot recommend this place enough. If there were 10 stars The Chophouse Athens would get 11

Just finished dining here for lunch. Restaurant looks good and smells clean. Employees are all very professional and genuine. The waitress provided excellent service. The food was great, and the steak was cooked perfectly. I can’t say I have had a sirloin that tender in Athens. Overall, at an unbeatable price point, they outdid the competition surrounding them with the steak. If you’re after a great steak, come here. Easy 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back!

We were invited to the premiere opening this evening to dine at this new upscale restaurant in Oconee. I must say that the dining experience was quite pleasant and our server, Caroline was jovial and warm. I want to thank Rob Davis for having us out taking the time to come chat with us as well as taking care of us this evening. Called in advance to be sure they had a table or booth. Been there more than a few times. Food is top notch. Best steak burger in the area but the service is slow. Know that going in.
