We order lunch from here at least once a month and the food never disappoints! Most places when you call and order over the phone the people are bit impatient but they always make the time to talk to you and not rush as you are placing your order! All around nice people (on the phone and in person) and delicious food! My favorite place to get a veggie plate!
This was my 2nd visited. Me and husband was out and decided to stop and eat out. Outstanding staff members also the food cooked to perfection. Will be coming again.
A wonderful Southern restaurant! I had Chicken tenders, squash casserole and tomatoes and okra. My husband had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and squash casserole. We loved every bite. The employees were prompt, friendly, and polite. The food arrived quickly. We are looking forward to returning to eat there again.
A must southern meal. Great food, Cute girls, Charming guys, Clean, Miss Rachel treats me like i am somebody! Hope she transforms into an all you can eat buffet someday. Love the veggies. Cowboys welcomed. Rachel's a must! The town needs this place. Come all ! Get over and dine for a real meal.
My co-workers and I order Rachel’s occasionally, and we are typically very pleased. It is hard to review them my favorite way (by breaking it down into categories) because we typically call in the order and another person picks it up for us.
I wish they had some different side options because their selection consists of starchy or fatty veggies. For example: a side salad or some raw veggies or fruits.
The food is typically full of Flavor and portioned alright for the price. The meatloaf was fantastic!
My largest complaint is with the grilled salmon. It is basic in size and flavor, nothing spectacular. However, it cost me $15 with tax. I did enjoy it, but I will not be paying $15 again for that. I can get salmon at Texas Roadhouse that is much better for a few dollars less, with much larger sides.
In addition, they left the cornbread out of my meal today. Accidents happen, but just remember to pay close attention to each specific order.
Other than that, everything is typically fine.
