Crab Stop I Of Georgia

Ok. I had heard good things, but the food here was amazing! Fried shrimp and potatoes were delicious. The crinkle cut fries were perfectly cooked. I ordered the catfish sandwich myself. I have to say, I grew up in Alabama, have spent my adult life in Georgia, and have traveled all around the southeast. In that time I have had a lot of fried catfish. But my goodness, I think this might have been the best catfish I've ever put in my mouth!! And everyone was so friendly. I think I have a new favorite local spot!

Great food!!! I grew up eating blue crabs in Philly but could never find anything here in Ga. I'm pleasantly surprised to find some are now right down the street. The were fresh and a good size! Definitely will be coming here often.

The catfish was really good.

The “snow” meal ( crab legs, shrimp, potatoes and corn) was seasoned very well. The Snow crab legs were super small and over cooked, but the shrimp was amazing.

The corn fritter was super good.

The crab popper was okay.

The crab balls were okay.

The seafood rice was seasoned well, i like my rice a little more firm.

The best part was the potatoes in the meal, the catfish (it needs a side though), the shrimp that was in the meal.

I’ll go back today to try it out again.

The fried shrimp is amazing!!! We have been looking for a place that serves good fried shrimp for 20+ years here in Georgia and we have FINALLY found it!! The garlic potatoes are delicious as well as the hush puppies. The shrimp is fresh which is so hard to find up here. I highly recommend this restaurant!! We can't wait to return!!

Everything was delicious. A lot of kindness on answering the phone, taking my order and delivering curbside. The seafood rice is excellent! Will order it every time. My oldest Loved the poppers and my youngest almost ate all the hush puppies himself. We will come see you again!
