Rosa Negra Tapas & Tequila

The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere is fabulous! This has easily become a new fave, a must try for lunch, dinner or date night!

My recent dining experience at Rosa Negra Tapas & Tequila was an absolute delight. I indulged in their mouthwatering BURRITOS AL CARBON AL PASTOR, priced at $14.95, and every bite was a burst of authentic flavor. The blend of tender meat and vibrant spices truly elevated the dish.

Not only was the food exceptional, but the service also stood out. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent.

Overall, Rosa Negra Tapas & Tequila exceeded my expectations with its delicious cuisine and top-notch service. I can't wait to return and explore more of their tempting menu offerings. Highly recommended for anyone craving a taste of culinary perfection!

Finally got to try Rosa Negra! I wasn’t sure if we needed another Mexican Restaurant because we have an abundance of them in the area. Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it looked inside. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. We ordered the Rosa Negra guacamole, buffalo chicken eggrolls, street corn ezquite, garlic shrimp and patatas bravas. The guac was interesting as it comes with walnuts, radish, sunflower seeds, queso fresca, pickled onions, jalapeños and cilantro. Ours came with pepitas instead of walnuts and the flavor was good, but I could have just had regular guac because the flavor profile was not there for me. A touch of salt made it better. The potatoes were delicious and full of flavor, but the potatoes could have been crispier because it was a bit soggy. We did not care for the egg rolls at all. They were dry and the chicken tasted old and I couldn't taste the buffalo sauce. The street corn was ok. My favorite was the garlic shrimp served with toast. It was excellent! We will definitely give it another try and overall had an enjoyable experience.

We are So excited to have this place so close!!! After hearing rave reviews from our dear friends who went last Friday night, we checked it out on Saturday. We had the best experience and I have told everyone I could this week that they must try it asap! It far exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped inside the doors!! It is so lovely!!!!
The chips and salsa were super good and my Skinny Margarita was beautiful and strong which I thoroughly appreciate!! That alone would keep me going back!!! Actually, We have reservations there again tonight with friends and I can’t wait!!! Service was attentive and friendly and the owner/ manager came around to check on everyone and was so genuinely interested in how everyone’s experience was!! That always says a lot and will insure the success of any business in my opinion!!!

If you haven’t tried this place yet, run don’t walk! Date night, girls night out, family dinner…it doesn’t matter what the occasion is. The food is great, the drinks are awesome ( and strong)! Let’s make this one last!
