Subway

Visited this location and was very pleased with the service we received. We met Erica the manager and she was fabulous, she will be the reason we continue to return. In the past when we visited this location it was like no one knew what was going on and using my coupons and rewards were always a hassle. Erica is a huge asset to your company.

So it's a Subway, like most franchise fast food chains the food is going to be pretty consistent. However this particular restaurant has had consistent problems within the last year or so. At the time of this writing, the employees were disinterested, slow, and unwilling to help with an issue i had - an inconsistency in pricing on the menu and what they charged me. It was small, only 50¢, but it was not what's displayed and that irks me.

Furthermore they once had their toaster inoperable for at least a 2 week period. If you want Subway, the food is fine though I mostly stick to sandwiches, but don't expect stellar service.
