    Lauren, has a great personality and her customer service skills are impeccable!
    I watched Karri today interact with her team, not knowing she was a Manager. She's usually behind the bar, when my husband and I dine in.
    I'm very impressed with her humbleness!

    The Hiram and Dallas locations are fantastic. The manager (Sean??) goes above and beyond and is a big reason for my 5 stars!

    I was given the wrong order. Called back to talk with a manager about my order being incorrect. The manager was real nice and said that I will be able to get another one and replaced it. When I picked it up there was no problems. The only thing is I noticed that the 1st calzone that they gave me looked nothing like the one that I did get.
