Food was fresh and the staff was very helpful. As to explain/break down the menu items to help us decide what to enjoy. Thanks team keep up the great work.

Got a to-go order and the service and food were awesome. Everything was made correctly (even with a last minute change of no mustard). This continues to be one of my favorite places to eat.

The food was amazing but they took forever to bring our food out. We waited 30 minutes which I would understand if it was a restaurant restaurant like Chili's or folks but it's not. Over all not to bad though. The people where really nice and the manager was advent about making sure the costumers where taken care of and everything was alright.

Love Mcalisters. Consistently great chain. My one and only complaint is that they suffer from the common issue of having too much on the menu. I think if they focused on a smaller number of sandwich and side items that they could be a better restaurant. That said I've never had a bad soup or sandwich or side item from there.

I finally checked out McAlisters today and I wanted to say the food was very good and the service was great! Since I had never been there before I had some questions and the nice lady at the counter so kindly answered each one of them without getting irritated. The food took a little longer than maybe it should have taken but Jeff the Manager was so kind and showed the best customer service without anything being said. Thank you! Will definitely be back!
