    I've grown up in Byron all my life, and Georgia Bob's has outlasted the competition. Why? Great food, friendly service, and an amazing experience. The brisket sandwich is my favorite item on the menu. It's tender, juicy, really flavorful, and doesn't need barbecue sauce to be great. There's a reason the owner,Bob Evans, won Barbecue Pit Masters. If you want the best barbecue in middle Georgia, then com to Byron. They will not let you down.

    Inconsistency in food. One day the ribs are fat and juicy and the next they are skinny and dry. I only go to the one in Byron. How can there be such a high difference in quality?

    The location is nestled in a shaded area that makes for a perfect afternoon lunch. The staff was so friendly and eager to help and answer any questions about the menu items. The ribs were moist and falling-off-the-bone tender! The sweet sauce, was delicious. The sides were okay. The tea was awesome. I definitely recommend this place. I will be back.
