We went in the middle of the day, so of course we did not expect the restaurant to be busy. The food was great. However, there are a few things this owner could do to make the star quality improve. If you are serving Italian food, by all means, have some Pandora Italian music playing softly in the background .Understand your customer and what they are ordering, I asked for Fettuccine "without chicken" but got home and it had no Alfredo sauce ( which again could be my fault which is why they are getting 4 stars. I should have said, with sauce and no chicken. In addition, to improve ratings, if a customer asks for roasted garlic, there should be some in an Italian restaurant! It is so inexpensive and makes Italian food taste so good. Again, it's the small stuff that makes ratings improve.We will be back again and hope for the restaurant ratings to improve. The food is good and it has huge potential with some tender loving care and initiative and pride from the owner to improve.
